How do I warranty my Home & Garden Karcher Machine purchased from SEMCO?

 

After purchasing your Home & Garden equipment, please ensure you are registering for warranty on Karcher's website as soon as possible as the warranty period begins from the purchase date. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase as this will be needed for any warranty claim.

  1. Visit: https://www.kaercher.com/ca/support/services/home-and-garden/retail-warranty-registration.html
  2. Fill in your contact information.
  3. Choose your purchase date and location (SEMCO)
  4. Find your model and serial number on your machine and enter them into the form.
  5. Click Submit.

You are now registered and are able to put in a warranty claim.

Need a Rental Machine?

SEMCO has a variety of floor machines that can be rented for a number of days, weeks, or months. 

If you have an inquiry for a rental, please email SemcoInquiries@gmail.com or fill in our contact form (the "Contact Us" tab in the bottom left corner) with your name, contact information, machine request, and duration needed. A member of our team will respond to you within 24 hours regarding the machine's availability and begin making arrangements.
